FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is an immersive experience? An interactive museum?
Traditional museums display exhibits behind velvet ropes and glass. Seismique was created to be experienced from inside the art. You will walk through spaces where you are surrounded by the exhibit and in some cases, you can even affect the exhibit. You can interact as little as you like; you are not required to, but it is more fun if you do!
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance to ensure you can enter the exhibit space. If you arrive without pre-purchased tickets, tickets may be available at the ticket booth, but you may need to wait to enter or be unable to purchase tickets at all.
What is the best way to enjoy Seismique?
We want you to enjoy Seismique your own way and have designed the space to be free-form. We encourage you to get a group of friends together, organize a time and pre-purchase tickets so that you all can enter together. Then explore the space together to discuss the exhibits and take pictures of each other. When you are finished, you can enjoy a bite to eat at our cafe.
